Flamingo Training & Coaching is a fresh partner for behavioural and communication business training programs.
Our programs are characterised by fun, depth and practical work. For the participants this means we make learning attractive. In our training we therefore vary a lot in working methods. At the same time, there's also depth, so that the participants connect with themselves and each other.
I'm Alies Tax, trainer & coach, or rather: a Learning & Development expert.
In addition to being a professional idiot, I'm also a runner, green fingers-owner, Fabian's wife, mother of Raaf, born and raised on the east side of the country and inhabitant of Almere Poort (a city next to Amsterdam). In 2018 I started Flamingo Training & Coaching. And that was about time. Because after ten years of working in Learning & Development, I knew for sure: my passion is working as a trainer!
I love working together with other people. I have gathered a number of experts around me with whom I tackle L&D issues. We do this with a clear mission: we believe that connecting with yourself and others leads to more (work) happiness. We have experienced this ourselves as well!
